Abstract
[Objective] To study the risk factors of bile duct injury caused by laparoscopic cholecystectomy.[Methods] 985 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed in our department from 2005 to 2012.The risk factors in all patients were analyzed.[Results] Bile duct injury was found in 12 patients,the incidence was 1.22％.The rate of bile duct injury was closely related to operator,variation of bile duct,length of ductus cysticus,thickness of gallbladder wall,intraoperative adhesion,haemorrhage intraoperative,sequence cut off of ductus cysticus,cysticus,electrocautery in calot triangle.The logistic regression showed that operator,variation of bile duct,intraoperative adhesion,intraoperative bleeding were independent risk factors of bile duct injury during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.[Conclusion] Variation of bile duct,adhesion in operative,haemorrhage in operative would increase the risk of bile duct injury and the operator would decrease the risk of bile duct injury.关键词
