慢性胰腺炎内镜下治疗疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the value of ERCP in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis.[Methods] Clinical data of 32 CP cases diagnosed and treated in the first People's Hospital of Kunming City from September,2003 to December,2011 were reviewed retrospectively.[Results] The 32 patients underwent ERCP 45times.After being treated by ERCP,the symptom relief rate of abdominal pain in the short term was 82.76％ and in the long term was 65.52％,according to the average 36.9 month follow-up (2～90 months).The postoperative complication rate was low.There was only 1 case of operation and the death rate was 0.[Conclusion] ERSP is an important treatment means of CP,which has the characteristics of being safe,effective and minimally invasive.关键词
