圆果罗伞的化学成分研究

摘要
Abstract
To study the chemical constituents ofArdisia depressa.METHODS:Repeated MCI column,silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 gel column were used to separate and purifiy the samples,and the chemical sturcture was identified by wave spectroscopy.RESULTS:7 compounds were isolated and identified from 80% ethanol extract ofA.depressa as β-amyrin acetate (1),bauerenol (2),stigmasterol (3),ββ-sitosterol (4),myristic acid (5),2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (6),daucosterol (7).CONCLUSIONS:Compounds 1-7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.And compound 6 is firstly isolated from this genus.关键词
