摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the methods of Pilon fracture and the effect,as wel as the prediction and treatment to the complications. Methods In 2003 December 2011 December operation treatment in 52 cases of Pilon fracture fol ow-up analysis.According to Ruedi and Al ogwer classification methods,Ⅰ 26 cases,type Ⅱ 14 cases,type III in 12 cases. Results In al fol owed-up 52 patients,76.9% of them were satisfactory. Conclusion The extend of the injury of the soft tissue should be put the same emphasis on,as wel as the reduction and fixation to the fracture when treating the Pilon fracture.Early limited internal fixation or external fixation, then delayed ORIF should be the first choice to Pilon fracture. Anatomical reduction,rigid internal fixation and early ful range movement of ankle joint can prevent the ankylosis and traumatic arthritis.关键词
