摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of the single-slice helical CT in pediatric tracheobronchial foreign body wlih coronal position plain-scanning. Methods Retrospective analysis 70 children were treated of tracheobronchial foreign body in our hospital, everyone was by single-slice helical CT examined with coronal scanning. 70 routine rigid bronchoscopy results in line with the CT examination. Results 70 cases of childen, According to CT diagnosis:tracheal foreign body in 5 cases, the right bronchus in 37 cases, the left bronchus in 27 cases,double bronchus in 1 cases. 70 routine rigid bronchoscopy results in line with the CT examination,68 cases are in line,2 cases are not, diagnosis in line with the rate of 97.1%. Conclusion Single-slice helical CT with coronal scanning is a sure clinical value method of examination in pediatric trachobronchial foreign body in diagnosis, it can show tracheobronchial foreign body for children directly.关键词
