摘要
Abstract
Objective Study on treatment of first-episode depression Vin Rafa Sin young women the effectiveness and safety of. Methods A randomized, single-blind control ed method, 120 cases of 18~40 years old episode depression female patients were divided into study group(venlafaxine)and control group(amitriptyline),8 weeks. Results Research group, the effective rate was 59.7%,87.1%respectively, the control group markedly effective rate was 60.3%, effective rate was 86.2%, the two drugs had no significant difference (P>0.05). Second weeks after the treatment, the HAMD study group reduction rates higher than those in control group (t=2.68, P<0.05). After fourth weeks treatment, the research group TESS score lower than those in the control group, the two drugs was significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Vin Rafa Sin treatment of young female first-episode depressive effective and less adverse reaction, compliance is good, good tolerance.关键词
