摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the interior quality control blood analyzer for the influence of the test results. Method Choose treatment in our hospital of 3 patients with hol ow when the col ected venous blood specimen as the research object,the quality of the three methods including floating mean algorithm,fresh specimens and control the import of whole blood control method used together to analysis and detection effect. Result The mean floating method is a simple and effective method in the lab,can through the manual calculation to achieve the purpose of quality;Fresh specimens qc method can reflect the sensitive instruments,reagents to the influence of the factors such as the instrument to judge the function of the instrument state;Import al the blood of instrumental determination method can control the accuracy of the determination results,and repetitive evaluation. Conclusion Wil this 3 combined control method,can effectively for the blood to the interior quality control analyzer of purpose,to ensure the accuracy of the testing results of[1].关键词
