山菠萝药材中总黄酮的含量测定※
Determine of Total Flavonoids from Pandanus tectorius Soland
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the method of the UV spectrophotometry for determination of total flavonoids from Pandanus tectorius Soland. Methods Adopted the UV spectrophotometry, Rutin as reference substance and through chromogenic reagent color at the 505nm wavelength determining the total flavonoids. Results The flavonoids have a good linearity in the range of 0.025~0.124mg/ml (r=0.9992).The average recovery was 99.27%, RSD was 0.83%(n=9). The average content of total flavonoids was 13.75mg/g, the difference of the three batches of product content were significantly (RSD=8.77%, n=3). Conclusion The UV spectrophotometry is simple, rapid, stable and reliable, suitable for the determination of total flavonoids from Pandanus tectorius Soland.关键词
