摘要
Abstract
Objective To the current clinical application of antimicrobial agents for analysis, evaluation of special rectification activities. Methods Derived from the hospital information management system of antibacterials application data, randomly selected out-patient prescriptions and hospitalization, grouping data and statistical analysis. Results The antibacterial drugs variety structure reasonable distribution, rectification stage group of outpatient and inpatient antimicrobial agents and the indexes of before the treatment group showed significant difference, and after remediation group showed most of the indicators wel consolidation. Conclusion The antimicrobial drug is special punish activity, reasonable application of antibacterial drugs in our hospital work gained remarkable success, but want to get long-term consolidation, stil need hospital leaders, pharmacy department, quality control department and al clinicians work together.关键词
