Abstract
Objective Study of propofol combined with smal dose of fentanyl in elderly gastroscopy anesthesia. Methods In my hospital for gastroscopy in 200 cases of elderly patient as the research object, were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, the control group used the traditional way of narcotic anesthesia, The treatment group using propofol combined with smal dose of fentanyl anesthesia on patients undergoing anesthesia, compared to two groups of patients with examination time, pain score and clinical nursing satisfaction. Results Patients in the treatment group regardless of the examination time, pain score, or in the clinical care of patients satisfaction is significantly superior to the control group patients, P<0.05, statistical y significant. Conclusions For gastroscopy in elderly patients, in the inspection process in the use of propofol combined with smal dose of fentanyl way for patients undergoing anesthesia is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical promotion and application of.关键词
