Abstract
Objective To explore the cost and efficacy of the three kinds of quinolones in the treatment of respiratory tract infection. Methods 85 cases were randomly divided into different regimens of levofloxacin, gatifloxacin and moxifloxacin, analysis of the various components of this and evaluation of its efficacy. Results Moxifloxacin group cure rate compared with levofloxacin and gatifloxacin group improved significantly (P<0.05), but each group, incidence of adverse reactions and efficacy of cost analysis was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Moxifloxacin in the treatment of respiratory tract infection the best effect.关键词
