摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of mid-advanced breast cancer treating with neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with breast-conserving surgery.Method:Retrospective analyse the clinical information of 62 cases mid-advanced breast cancer patients treating with preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy in author’s hospital,to analyse the clinical curative effect,beauty effect and prognosis. Result:After the neoadjuvant chemotherapy,19 cases had the indicatio curativa of breast-conserving surgery,and all treated with breast-conserving surgery.Follow-up visit 6 months-3 years after the operation,there was no recidivation and died case,and only 2 case appeared hepatic metastases. Conclusion:Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy can reduce the degree of breast cancer,and achieve the breast surgery treatment standards,the clinical curative effect is satisfied,and worthy of clinical application.关键词
