Abstract
Objective:To analysis of the surgical results of laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) and vaginal hysterectomy surgery (TVH). Method:Retrospective analysises of 110 cases of hysterectomy surgery from May 2010 to July 2011 in author’s hospital,According to their procedure divided into group A (LAVH group) of 55 cases and group B (TVH group)55 cases,Analysis of two groups were compared intraoperative blood loss,operative time, postoperative body temperature recovery time,flatus,length of stay in hospital and postoperative morbidity.Result:A group of intraoperative blood loss, operative time,postoperative body temperature recovery time and postoperative morbidity were less than group B(P<0.05),there are significant differences. Group A and group B,flatus,and length of stay was no significant difference(P>0.05).A group hospitalization costs due to the intraoperative use of general anesthesia was higher than in group B,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy (LAVH) and vaginal hysterectomy (TVH) are the minimally invasive surgery,The former higher cost,but the surgical results are better than the latter.关键词
