摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the influence of oviduct fenestration take embryo by laparoscope and laparoscopic salpingectomy on serum β-hCG.Method :120 cases tubal preghancy cases were divided into two groups,The first group(preserve fertility),87 cases, laparoscopic oviduct fenestration was taken embryos,The second group,33 cases laparoscopic salpingectomy,compared two groups of postoperative serum β-hCG decrease.Result :Between serum β-hCG of the first group and serum β-hCG of the second group were no significant differences in time(P>0.05),without persistent ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion :Laparoscopic tubal fenestration take embryo,after surgery,the serum β-hCG are fast decease,and doesn’t increase the risk of the persistent ectopic pregnancy,retaine the fertility of the patients.关键词
