高位肠-腔人工血管架桥术治疗门脉高压症断流术后再出血48例分析
Analysis of 70 Cases High Mesocaval Shunt for Rebleeding after Portal-Azygous Disconnection in Portal Hypertension Patients

Abstract
Objective :To evaluate the effects of high mesocaval shunt in treatment of rebleeding after portal-azygous disconnection in Portal Hypertension patients.Method :The clinical date of 48 cases of portal hypertension rebleeding after portal-azygous disconnection who received high mesocaval shunt from 2005 to 2011 were obtained from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. And a retrospective analysis of the data collected was done.Result:The free portal pressure of these 48 patients decreased 9 cm H2O.Only 1 patient died of hepatorenal syndrome. Other complications included:1 cases of wound infection,1 case of intra-abdominal infection,9 cases of fever,2 cases of hepatic encephalopathy,and 1 graft thrombosis,8 cases of chylous leakage. The complications mentioned above were cured by non-surgical therapy. Conclusion: High mesocaval shunt is an effective therapy with less surgical trauma and better short or long term effects to cure portal hypertension rebleeding after portal-azygous disconnection关键词
