摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical nurses’self-efficacy and the core capabilities in cancer hospital,and analyze the relationships between them.Method:A total 514 nurses in 2 cancer hospitals recruited by convenience sampling method and investigated with Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN) and General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES).Result:The core capabilities total score of the clinical nurses in the Cancer Hospital was (141.98±34.06).The Self-efficacy total score of the clinical nurses in the Cancer Hospital was(24.234±5.340).The Self-efficacy and core competencies of the Cancer Hospital nurses was positively correlated(P<0.01).The hierarchical stepwise regression analysis indicate:Exclude the impact of demographic data for the core competencies of nurses and self-efficacy into the equation,the R2 was 0.58.the Self-efficacy could predictor independently 12.0%. Conclusion:Improving the clinical nurses’self-efficacy has significant role to raise levels of the core capabilities in the cancer hospital,and improve quality of nursing work.关键词
