Abstract
Objective: To discuss the value of the improved B -lynch surgical technique in postpartum hemorrhage.Method :The improved B-lynch surgical technique in 13 cases of postpartum hemorrhage patients due to uterine inertia.Result:The effect of B-lynch surgical technique in postpartum hemorrhage was ideal,13 cases of treatment of patients with uterine contraction after a significant improvement,bleeding stops,successfully retain the uterus,no complications after surgery. Conclusion:The improved B -lynch surgical technique is simple to operate,high success rate,reliable,and stops bleeding fast,and has an advantage of retaining uterus. It is a safe and effective treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of Cesarean measures.关键词
