Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of zoledronic acid combined chemotherapy on advanced non-small cell lung cancer with bone metastasis.Method:62 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer with bone metastasis were treated with zoledronic acid combined chemotherapy. Bone metastases and pain relief curative effect were analyzed. Result:The total effective rate of bone metastases was 61.3%.The relief rates were 75.9%and 83.3% after 1 and 6 weeks’treatment.There were significant differences between NRS score and KPS score of 1 and 6 weeks later and before,with P<0.05.Conclusion: Zoledronic acid combined chemotherapy has exact clinical effect.关键词
