新疆地区维吾尔族成年人心脏瓣膜病患病率调查
The Prevalence Study of Valvular Heart Diseases in Xinjiang Uygur Adult Population

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the prevalence and epidemiological features of valvular heart disease(VHD) Uygur adult population in Xinjiang. Method:A total of 4716 adults aged 35 or older were surveyed. Random sampling was employed to study valvular heart diseases in different age,and gender groups. Samples were collected from 7 localities in Xinjiang. Result:The prevalence rate of valvular heart diseases Xinjiang Uygur adult population was 2.7%,and the prevalence of valvular heart diseases was higher in males and town than that in females and farming and stockbreeding areas populations(P<0.05). In all valvular heart disease,aortic valve alone accounted for 67.2%,of mitral(23.4%),aortic+mitral valve(9.4%). Conclusion:Differences are seen on the prevelance rate of VHD between male and female,urban residents and rural residents in Xinjiang Uygur adult population.关键词
