Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of DHS and LCP in treating the intertrochanter fracture of the old femur. Method:To randomly select 50 cases from the DHS cases and LCP cases. The incision lengths,duration of operation,the amount of bleeding,operation curative effect and complication were compared. Result:The two groups were not remarkably different in the incision lengths,duration of operation,and the amount of bleeding(P>0.05). The good rate of LCP group(90.00%) was higher than that of the DHS group(74.00%)(P<0.05). And the complication in the two groups was not remarkable(P>0.05). Conclusion:DHS and LCP have no remarkably differences in the surgery and the complication rate. But the clinical effect of LCP is better than that of DHS.关键词
