Abstract
Objective:To study the intranasal endoscopic with clinical outcomes attract burning RF treatment of epistaxis.Method:48 cases of patients with epistaxis were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 24 cases each from March 2009 to June 2011. The observation group were treated with intranasal endoscopic radiofrequency ablation with attracting cautery,control group were treated with drugs,surgical cure rate and recurrence rate were analyzed and compared.Result:The observation group cure rate was 95.83%,and the control group was 54.17%,there were significant difference (P<0.05).Relapse rate of observation group after 4 weeks (4.17%) was significantly better than that of control group(25.00%),there were significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Epistaxis patients with nasal endoscopic cautery RF treatment with attracting outstanding advantages,a significant effect,higher clinical cure rates,lower recurrence rate can be further observation applications.关键词
