摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of Neuroendoscope-assisted microsurgical resection of epidermoid cyst of the cerebellopontine angle. Method:The clinical data of 46 intracranial CPA epidermoid cyst were analyzed,and all the patient underwent neuroendoscope-assisted microsurgical resection. Result:All the patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months postoperatively,Symptoms disappeared was seen in 41 patients, there was no death or recurrence. Conclusion:The endoscope-assisted microsurgical technique enables safe removal even when tumor parts are not visible in a straight line,Tumor extensions into adjacent cranial compartments can be removed with the same approach without retracting neurovascular structures or enlarging the craniotomy,and it is an ideal procedure for CPA epidermoid cyst.关键词
