Abstract
Objective:To investigate the blue light phototherapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice clinical efficacy.Method:Retrospective analysis of our hospital in October 2010 to 2012 February and admitted to the neonatal jaundice in 100 cases,in clinical treatment process were randomly divided into intermittent blue light irradiation group and continuous blue light irradiation group.Therapeutic effects of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed.Result:Using intermittent blue light in the treatment of total efficiency can reach above 96%,and the introduction of continuous blue light treatment the total effective rate was 86%,in two groups of patients were compared with(P<0.05)had significant difference.Conclusion:Intermittent blue light irradiation therapy on neonatal jaundice has very good therapeutic effect.关键词
