急性有机磷农药中毒的抢救护理

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rescue and nursing measures of the patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Method:36 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were gastric lavage thoroughly,rationally and effectively apply the antidote and complex, while close observation of the disease and make life and psychological nursing.Result:34 cases were successfully rescue in 36 patients,The success rate was 94.4%,The Mortality rate was 5.6%.Conclusion:System of medical treatment can improve the cure rate of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and reduce mortality and incidence of complications,Close observation and careful nursing is the key to successful rescue.关键词
