12例人感染猪链球菌病患者的护理

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate human infection with Streptococcus suis with nursing assessment and effective interventions.Method:Retrospectively reviewed 12 patients with human infection with Streptococcus suis,summary of the nursing measures and prognosis.Result:Patients with different types of active treatment and effective care measures,10 cases of fever in patients with body temperature returned to normal about 1 week,4 cases of dizziness and headache symptoms was disappeared,4 cases of ecchymosis and petechiae was subsided,1 case of recovery of hearing,1 case of perioral herpes was subsided,1 patient died of multiple organ failure,1 case gave up treatment;of all patients had no complications.Conclusion:Good nursing assessment(focusing on epidemiological history of inquiry),and strengthen the disinfection and isolation,general care,illness observation, symptoms nursing care,psychological care and health education guidance,can improve the cure rate of the disease and reduce the complications is very important.关键词
