Abstract
ICU is the special department accepting the patients with critical illness and multi-organ failure.It has more stringent requirements for quality and experience of professional nursing,because patients’condition changes quickly and ICU care tasks are heavy.Re-education of young nurse is very important in order to train them to become clinical nursing backbone.关键词
