Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of Racecadotril Granules on rotavirus enteritis in infants. Method:80 cases of infant rotavirus enteritis were radomly divided into treatment group(40 cases) and the control group(40 cases). Racecadotril Granules was used in the treatment group besides the routine therapy.The curative effects was observed. Result:The total effective rate in the treatment group and the controlgroup was 92.5%and 75%,respectively.It showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The average time of antidiarrheal of both groups were(3.41±0.45)d and(5.33±0.38)d ,respectively.It showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Racecadotril Granules has well effects on rotavirus enteritis in infants.It is worthy of generalization.关键词
