Abstract
Objective:To analyze the malignant thyroid nodules color Doppler ultrasound characteristics,to explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules.Method:Collected 79 cases of patients with malignant thyroid nodules recently in our hospital and analyzed the clinical statistical data,retrospective analysis of thyroid malignant nodules color Doppler ultrasound characteristics.Result:The diagnosis of malignant thyroid nodules rate of ultrasonography was 72.2%,the misdiagnosis rate was 27.8%;misdiagnosed as nodular goiter,in which 17 cases (77.3%),thyroid adenoma,3 cases(13.6%),and the other two cases(9.1%).Thyroid malignant nodules ultrasound depends on the evaluation of nodular morphological features including:the boundary echo,internal echo structure,calcification characteristics as well as nodular internal blood flow conditions,the main features of the malignant nodules ill-defined,hypoechoic,solid structure within the no calcification or microcalcification,rich of nodules internal blood flow.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound has a certain value for the diagnosis of thyroid malignancy according to the ultrasound characteristics of a comprehensive analysis and can improve the diagnostic rate.关键词
