摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics of mental stressors among nurses and find out the major factors.Method:Nurses work in Qingdao hospitals were investigated.In this study Symptom SCL-90)and the job stressors Questionnaire were used.Result:The mean score of SCL-90 was(1.57±0.39),and the scores of hostility and interpersonal sensitivity were lower compared with general model(P=0.01,P=0.03).Score of psychotics was higher than general(P=0.03).Stressors score were lower.The scores of job character were the highest,and the scores of interpersonal conflict were the lowest.Job stressors had a positive correlation with SCL-90. Conclusion:A part of nurses had psychological problems.关键词
