摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical methods and application value of Holmium laser in combination with renal sheath dilators in treatment of the urethrostenosis.Method:33 cases with urethrostenosis were underwent dilatation of urethra with the renal sheath dilators.The zebra guided wire was placed directly in 27 cases with no urethratresia.Ureteroscopy with the holmium laser was used to open up urethra and zebra quided wire was placed directty.In 6 cases with urethratresia,then the urethrostenosis were dilated with the dilators from 8F to 22F gradually.Among them,15 cases with longer stricture or more scar underwent trimming with Holmium laser.Result:The procedures of combination of ureteroscope and renal sheath dilator were compleleted satisfactorily.Conclusion:Holmium laser in combination with renal sheath dilators in the treatment the urethral stenosis safe,simple and effective therapeutic new method and it should be popularized.关键词
