高压氧治疗新生儿脑病后遗症50例的临床效果研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of The clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in treat of 50 patients with neonatal encephalopathy sequelae precautions. Method:100 cases of neonatal patients with encephalopathy sequelae since 2010 from May to August 2012 in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the control group of 50 patients were given conventional treatment,on this basis,the treatment group of 50 patients were given hyperbaric oxygen therapy,a month for a course of treatment,using the total effective rate and NBNA score as observation index to comparative the effect of two groups after 2 month. Result:Clinical treatment total efficiency and NBNA scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen can significantly reduce neonatal encephalopathy sequelae,the effect is significant,it is worth to vigorously promote the use of clinical.关键词
