摘要
Abstract
Ischemic stroke to be refers various kinds of reasons imbalance of brain blood supply,leads to ischemia and hypoxia in brain and corresponding defect of nerve function. Statins can obviously lower risk of IS throng effects by lowering lipid and besides lipid-lowering of statins. Mechanism of statins effects about besides lipid-lowering mainly includes anti-inflannatory. Antioxidant,improvement vascular endothelial function. Anti-thrombosis,stable plaque in AS,inhibition proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cell and so on. Along with scienlifec advance,more and more experimental data indicated that statins had become the first-line drugs at secondary-level provention in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events. Here to be new recognition about mechanics of besides lipid-lowering effects of statins in resections.关键词
