丁卡因加透皮吸收促进剂湿敷对减轻小儿输注果糖时疼痛的观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the hydropathic compress of dicaine and penetration enhancer to ease the local pain when children receive the infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate. Method:The 100 ill infants undergoing local pain caused by infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate were randomly divided into test group(treated with the hydropathic compress of dicaine and penetration enhancer)and control group(treated with local hydropathic compress of dicaine). Result:The effect rate of test group was 100%,considerably higher than that of control group which was 14%. There were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion:When children receive the infusion of fructose 1,6-diphosphate,the hydropathic compress of dicaine and penetration enhancer can be chosen to ease the local pain for children.关键词
