Abstract
Objective:To study the experiences on the diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory intestinal obstruction early after operation of mechanical intestinal obstruction in elderly people.Method:The clinical data of 23 elderly patients with the inflammatory intestinal obstruction early after operation of mechanical intestinal obstruction were analyzed retrospectiVely.Result:The early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction of the elderly patients rnostly occurred 9-32 d after operation.Besides normal symptoms and signs of the intestinal obstruction,it also had specific characteristics of its own.Of the 23 cases,20 were cured without operation,3 patients died.Conclusion:Non-operative treatment can gain satisfactory results for the inflammatory intestinal obstruction early after operation of mechanical intestinal obstruction in elderly patients.Operation therapy need to be cautious.if symptoms do not alleviate,Operation should be considered.关键词
