Abstract
Objective:Contrast observation of the application of propofol combined with butorphanol on painless artificial abortion operation,to provide the individual basis for clinical anesthesia of artificial abortion operation.Method:156 cases who were used with propofol and butorphanol on artificial abortion operation as observe group ,and 132 cases who just used with propofol as control group,observed the dosage of propofol and awakening time of two group patients,meanwhile,observed nausea and vomiting and respiratory depression of two group patients.Result:The difference of the dosage of propofol and awakening time between the two groups patients had statistical significances(P<0.01).The difference of the rate of nausea between the two groups patients had statistical significances(P<0.01),but the difference of the rate of vomiting had no statistical significances(P>0.05);the rate of respiratory depression of two group patients had statistical significances(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of propofol combined with butorphanol on painless artificial abortion operation can reduce the dosage of propofol,and shorten the patients’ awakening time,the rate of nausea and respiratory depression are lower.关键词
