摘要
Abstract
Objective:To confirm the effectiveness and equipment use security of YW - 0828 type carbon ray therapeutic apparatus in the chronic lumbar muscle degeneration.Method:60 cases of chronic lumbar muscle degeneration were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group;30 cases of experimental group use YW-0828 carbon ray therapeutic apparatus exposure of the back muscle pain place,mesh enclosure door distance affected part 15-20 cm;Once a day,30 min/time,10 days for a treatment course;30 cases of control group:used the application of Beijing JinHao J48A Computer intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus under the patient’s waist back pain place,20 min/time,Once a day,10 days for a treatment course.Degree of pain of treatment were scored by visual analogue scale before and after treatment.Result:The VSA score value had a significant reduction in treatment group after treatment. Treatment group therapy effect was higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:YW-0828 type carbon ray therapeutic apparatus for chronic strain of lumbar muscle degeneration have good treatment effect,and that the product in clinical use is safe and effective.关键词
