糖化血红蛋白两种测定方法的评价

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of two methods of glycosylated hemoglobin detection. Method:A total of 92 patients diagnosed with diabetes separated into 3 groups by diffierent levels of HbA1c(<6.5%,6.5%-8.5%,>8.5%)which were tested with high performance liquid chromatograthy method.And then we did the same test with ankyrin method.In final we analysised the linearity range,precision and linear regression of both methods. Result:The results of the ankyrin method are as the follows:the average value is 7.78 % ; the linearity range is 3.0%-18.0%;the coefficient of variation is 0.85% intra-precision and 3.8% inter-batch precision. The results of the high performance liquid chromatograthy method are as the follows: the average value is 7.66%; the linearity range is 4.6%-16.7%;the coefficient of variation is 1.4% intra-precision and 4.2% inter-batch precision. Group of low and high of ankyrin method has slightly higher average value than the high performance liquid chromatography group,but no significant difference,P value was <0.01,median group of ankyrin method has slightly higher average value than the high performance liquid chromatography group,but no significant difference,P value was <0.05,R2 = 0.968. The ankyrin method was positively correlated with the high performance liquid chromatography method. Conclusion:The ankyrin method and the high performance liquid chromatography method(HPLC) were good correlating. The ankyrin method needs no special test equipments and it has great precision,it is not only simple but also fast and less costly.关键词
