Abstract
Objective: To explore the effects of Shuxuetong and Xueshuantong in the treatment of cerebral infarction and different safety. Method:92 cases of patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups,46 cases in observation group and 46 cases in the control group. The observation group was treated with Shuxuetong injection,and the control group with Xueshuantong injection therapy. Course of treatment is 10 to 14 days. To observe curative effect and adverse reaction of the 2 groups. Result: Observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). During treatment there was 1 case who had adverse reactions in the observation group,but the control group had non. Conclusion: Effect of Shuxuetong in the acute phase of improvement of nerve function defect is better than that of Xueshuantong.关键词
