Abstract
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the efficacy and side effects of venlafaxina and sertraline to the depressive patients. Method: A controlled study was carried out between 66 patients. The 33 of total patients were treated with venlafaxina(75-250 mg/d)and others were treated with sertraline(20-60 mg/d)for 8 weeks. The efficacy and safety were evacuated with HAMD and TESS respectively. Result: After eight weeks treatment,venlafaxina was as effective as sertraline without severe side effects. But it effected rapidly. Conclusion: Venlafaxina is an effective antidepressant,with less side effects,better safety and rapid response compared with sertraline,suiting for clinical use.关键词
