摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the authors analyzed the concept of evidence-based health policy research,discussed the status of the evidence-based health policy research in China and abroad,and then discussed the necessity and importance of evidence-based health policy research in present health system.Based on the ethical issues in the evidence-based health decisions at home and abroad,it is proposed that we could learn from international experience,embed theresearch into the decision-making process,strengthen the ability of using evidence,establish extensive evidence base,increase the intensity of ethical review and always adhere to the ethics viewpoints in the practice of evidence-based health policy research in China.关键词
