On the Function Orientation and Systematic Construction of Chinese Hospital Ethics Committees
摘要
Abstract
This article reviewed the history of hospital ethics committee construction in China and abroad,reconsidered this issue from the perspective of laws,policies,technology and doctor-patient relationship.As the article proposed,hospital ethics committee may have multi-functions,including:research ethics,clinical ethics and hospital management ethics.Various proposals were put forward for constructing of hospital ethics committees,including:establishing organization and supervision system,unifying internal management regulations and processes,implementing qualification accreditation and examination system,accelerating the training echelon of human resources.关键词
