村级卫生人力资源配置的伦理学对策探讨——基于B市M县村卫生室的实地观察研究

Abstract
Abstract:In this paper,the following problems in village clinics have been found by field observation study in M county of B city:allocation of health resources,personnel selection,the use of basic drugs,the sustainable development of the human resources and so forth.In order to realize the normal operation of the village clinics,the following principles need to be abided by,namely putting fairness at the first place in the village-level health human resources configuration; considering the local culture of the human environment in human resources selection and training; achieving an organic unity of righteousness and benefit where the essential drugs usage ; following the "people-oriented" management concept during the sustainable development of village health human resources.关键词
