Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the influence factors of occupation protection compliance of nurses in infectious diseases operation room and to improve their occupation protection awareness.Methods:Using qualitative research in phenomenology research method,10 nurses in infectious diseases operating room of one top grade hospital were interviewed in depth.Results:The phenomenological analysis method was used for data review and the influencing factors of nurses of occupation protection compliance in infectious diseases operation room were lack of protection knowledge,low protection consciousness and overload high intensity work.Conclusions:Hospitals should enhance occupation protection compliance for nurses in infectious diseases operating room and reduce occupation diseases harm ; strengthen the training of protection and consciousness of all kinds of occupation protection; and manage the nursing human resources rationally by application of harmonious ethics to guide clinical practice,and encourage the nurses in infectious diseases operation room to work more actively and effectively.关键词
