强化医德医风教育提高急诊医护人员服务质量
Reinforcing Medical Ethics Education and Improving Service Quality of Emergency Medical Personnel
摘要
Abstract
Problems such as risk consciousness need to be strengthened,emergency capability need to be improved,communication obstacles need to be eliminated,service quality need to be improved in emergency medical personnel.Strengthening emergency medical ethics education is the need of harmonious doctor-patient relationship and improving medical quality.Strengthening the construction of emergency medical ethics concerns the survival and development of hospital.This paper put forward countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the emergency medical ethics:taking the persuasion education,typical guidance as the basis; perfecting management,performance evaluation,performance,innovation system; practicing humanistic spirit,cultivating noble medical ethics,and striving to grasp the superb medical skill,gaining trust patients by emergency service window.关键词
