Abstract
Making efforts to create a safe,beautiful and hospital environment,carrying out humanized management and service,is the important ways to strengthen connotation construction,highlight the hospital brand.This paper thought that it should fully consider the feeling of patients,constantly design and optimizate the service process,focus on doctor-patient communication,establish and improve the follow-up mechanism,provide patients with convenient,efficient,warm and satisfactory service.关键词
