Abstract
Medical staff are facing complex medical ethics relations in medical practice,which requires medical education in medical students and cultivating good medical ethics thinkings and medical humanistic quality are particularly important besides mastering modern medical technology.Strategies for strengthening medical students'humanistic quality are:attaching great importance and strengthening organization and leadership in medical schools; strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics,promoting humanities accomplishment; paying attention to professional education and humanistic spirit; adding humanities courses,improving teaching quality; highlighting the humanistic idea,enriching campus culture; improving the long-term mechanism,strengthening social practice; broadening the channels of education,improving the efficiency.关键词
