Mindray BC-5300自动血细胞分析仪性能的初步评价
Performance evaluation of mindray BC-5300 hematology analyzer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the performance of Mindray BC-5300 hematology analyzer on completing blood cell counting(CBC) and leukocyte differential count(DC).Methods:The indicators of CBC performance were evaluated by following guidelines and compared with manual operation.Results:The precision,carry-over rate,and total repeatability meet the standards,and the linearity was also reliable both in physiogenic and pathological conditions.Comparing with the results from XE-2100,the correlation was also satisfied(r2＞0.994).It has better repeatability in neutrophilic granulocytes,lymphocytes,eosinophile granulocyte,and basophile granulocyte.The WBC samples with morphological performance were compared between instrumental and manual DC operation.The repeatability in neutrophilic granulocytes,lymphocytes and eosinophile granulocyte(r=0.9663,r=0.9595,r=0.9178),the r value of monocyte was 0.9104 and basophil was 0.5065.The detection of juvenile cell and abnormal lymphocyte suggested manual review.Conclusion:The results from BC-5300 automatic hematology analyzer were accurate and reliable,the main indicators could all meet the clinical needs.The suggestive diagnosis by leukocyte scatterplot and abnormal leukocytes classification should be double checked by manual smear microscopic examination.关键词
