西瓜模拟人脑在CT/MR联合定位立体定向手术中的实验研究
Experimental study on CT/MR joint positioning at stereotactic speration with watermelon simulated brain

Abstract
Objective:To resolve the problem on lack of resolution of soft tissue in CT brain stereotactic operation,and MR stereotactic operation has many contraindications,the feasibility in CT brain stereotactic operation by using MR simulation was discussed.Methods:Put five cod liver oil capsules into different depth of watermelon with 2mm tomography in MR machine and 1mm tomography in CT machine.Though CT/MR images,we detected the point of the CT coordinates and MR coordinates,analyzed indication error between the detection of CT coordinates and MR coordinates.Results:The indication error between MR coordinate and CT coordinate is less than 2mm.It's feasible that software registration in the MR image can be used for CT stereotactic visualization simulation.Conclusion:Medical image registration is the key technology in the medical image processing,CT/MR joint location has very important value in clinical application.关键词
