摘要

Abstract

Objective:To develop blood cell processing instrument,define the basic procedure and develop the key parts of this instrument.Methods:During the development,the suspension of red blood cells were washed and the glycerol was given and removed after freeze thaw treatment.The main features of the instrument structure was developed.Results:All the best indicators and the best parameters of the instrument were defined.We detected laboratory indicators under different working conditions of the instrument verified the clinical validation.We formulated the registered product standards of the instrument.Conclusion:The device could be used in rare blood type bank and blood collection agencies to meet wartime and clinical need.At the same time,it can be used for the preparations of whole blood or red cells suspension.
