Abstract
To discuss and set up a series of protocol and management standard on construction of innovative openness laboratory for students in medical college.The main content covers the basic laboratory construction,reasonable disposal of laboratory equipment and open management and running.The construction of innovative openness laboratory can provide an operational and innovative platform for the activities that medical students carried out innovation experiments,science researches,invention and creation.It could make more students carried out innovation activities by using this platform.This laboratory can play a very good role in strengthening cultivation of innovative competence of medical students,increasing their innovative consciousness,scientific research diathesis,improving the capacity of comprehensive analysis and solving problem.关键词
